For the recently opened boutique hotel Monoberge we were commissioned to design and build an appealing, dynamic website that would feature our own fully integrated online booking engine.
Situated in the world’s oldest city of Byblos, in Lebanon, the hotel while modern has kept true to the historical significance of its location.
The resulting website’s design reflects not only the hotel's corporate branding but also the unique architectural style of the surrounding area.
Perhaps the most exciting part of the website is that Monoberge became the first hotel in the Middle East to adopt our popular online booking engine (IBE) that is widely used by our clients in the United States.
The online booking process for Monoberge offers a fast and secure service to their guests, while keeping the hotel’s front office completely up to date with reservations and availability.
A visitor to the website is able to enter their arrival and departure information and then select from available rooms. Reservations are confirmed in real-time against up to date availability and rates.
Front of house staff are able to access and use the integrated reservation sub-system to maintain room inventories and promotional offers as well as review and update reservations.
The reservations database also feeds in to our various marketing tools, such as our mailing campaign manager, offered as part of our standard content management systems (CMS) allowing Monoberge to keep their guests informed of upcoming promotions and offers.
Our online booking sub-system is fully compatible with our various loyalty programme sub-systems, and while not currently adopted by Monoberge is in their future expansion plans.
A desktop application is also provided with our online booking engine sub-system that offers instant access to the reservations and can also be integrated with a variety of property management systems.
