We configure each of our servers with exact duplicates in each of our data centres. Thus in the event of a single server failure we immediately route traffic to its duplicate until service is restored on the primary.

Similarly, in the event of total failure at any of our data centres, one of our other data centres can instantly take up the load. And for added peace of mind full local and off-site backups are continually maintained for recovery purposes.

Each server cluster is protected by front end industry leading firewalls, which themselves have fail-over support devices, with only active operating services enabled for external access.

In turn, compliance with various security standards such as PCI DSS is accommodated through the adoption not only of separate database servers and firewalls but also physical access control to the data.

Across our primary locations we operate our own proprietary content delivery network, designed specifically to accommodate the requirements of high availability content such as video and images while also adding a level of protection against bandwidth spikes or traffic surge.

Global 24/7 monitoring is handled out of our Abu Dhabi facilities, which in turn is replicated to each DC every 5 minutes. Clients are provided full access to our live monitoring feed upon request.
